If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. We stand behind the quality of every jar we sell.
Who Can Request a Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must not show signs of intentional damage or misuse
- For opened jars, the majority of the product must remain
We understand this is a consumable, natural product — normal use for evaluation purposes is completely fine.
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- A refund is issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end.
Who Covers Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when:
- We shipped the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged or leaking
- There was a confirmed error from our side
In these situations, we cover the full cost of return shipping.
